All the top-notch equipment in the world won't do you a bit of good in our business unless there's a fully qualified, experienced and dedicated staff to put it to work. That's why we spend years training our captains to handle the rapidly evolving situations they face every day on the water. All of our Staff Captains are trained by our highly experienced Senior Staff, who teach them not only the science of boathandling, but the art of good decision-making. A new Safe/Sea Staff Captain is allowed to perform his or her first assistance mission only after the Senior Staff feels he or she is fully prepared.
